Busy Bees

Our bees lead a wonderful life foraging on the many floral delights in our large cottage style garden and surrounding farm land in the Northern Midlands of Tasmania.

We describe our Tasmanian honey as very light and extremely delicious! Most of the honey you purchase at the supermarket is pasteurised.  The high heat removes any crystallisation and extends the shelf life.  However, many of the beneficial properties are also destroyed in the process.

Little Forest Gardens honey is sold raw and completely unprocessed. Raw honey is high in antioxidants, has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties and is commonly used to soothe cold & flu symptoms.
